If there is one thing you will learn about me fairly quick it is that I LOVE Christmas! I love the sounds, the colours, the feeling of magic it brings. We live in Australia so we don't have Thanksgiving and Halloween isn't all that big here -there's also the fact that I'm scared of my own shadow. Gluten Free, those two words have been sending a shiver down my spine ever since my daughter was diagnosed Gluten Intolerant in 2017. Proudly iced by Miss 10 and Master 8 It was around October and I remember selfishly thinking about all the yummy baked goods I was going to miss out on at Christmas. Well duh! Mum.
